- Helping customers and answering inquiries through a distinguished team regarding the pre-registration system for shipments in accordance with the new Customs Law No. 207 of 2020 and its implementing regulations through registration and creating an account on the NAFEZA window website

As well as assisting in the issuance of an identification number for shipments. ACID

- Follow up the arrival of shipments to the Egyptian ports.

Reviewing the required documents attached to each shipment to avoid disrupting shipments and paying any fines that may result from the delay.

- Work on the speedy completion of the tasks entrusted to our company by following up with all departments and clients for immediate clearance.

- Carrying out other tasks inside and outside the customs departments, such as the work of the regulatory authorities (exports and imports - food safety - agricultural quarantine - veterinary quarantine - food and balances - public security, the communications regulator and other regulatory and security agencies)

- Develop proposals to improve the import process in line with the requirements of clearance procedures for goods of importing and exporting companies.

- Make periodic reports on all developments and changes in the Egyptian ports, including regulations, laws, publications and decisions.
